Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use expertdesigns.property. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Only Make Introductions

Expertdesigns Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, fix, service or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. A provider does any work in your home. Expertdesigns Heating & Air does not.

No Endorsement, No Promises

An introduction to a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be open to jobs in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and behavior.

For General Information

This site shares general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different. What fits one house may not fit yours. Talk to a qualified provider about your own case.

About Prices

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, your location, the equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We do not promise any level of savings. We do not offer, set up or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask your provider and your local utility which programs might fit you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment can involve electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the home. Then contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Expertdesigns Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Site

We work to keep this site correct and current. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
