Expertdesigns Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, schedules, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about when a provider will be available to help, how fast they will reply, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get the estimate in writing.

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Talk about efficiency is general too. It does not promise any amount of energy savings. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out. Use the site for lawful reasons only. Do not misuse the site, get in the way of how it runs, or try to enter it in ways you are not allowed.

Who Owns the Content

The words and design of this site belong to Expertdesigns Heating & Air or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and within it Expertdesigns Heating & Air is not liable for loss or harm tied to your use of this site, a provider's services, or any deal between you and a provider. The site comes "as is," with no warranty of any kind.
